JOB SUMMARY:

The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Administrator provides administrative and testing support to the UAT team by assisting with test preparation, documentation, execution of predefined test scripts, defect tracking, reporting, and coordination of testing activities. This entry-level position works closely with UAT Analysts to ensure projects are organized, test artifacts are maintained, and testing activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The UAT Administrator supports day-to-day testing operations while developing knowledge of Aspire's products, systems, and business processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist UAT Analysts with executing predefined test scripts.

· Document test results accurately and completely.

· Log defects, enhancement requests, and observations in Jira or other tracking systems.

· Verify fixes after developers resolve reported defects.

· Prepare test environments before testing begins.

· Create and maintain test data needed for UAT.

· Maintain testing documentation including test scripts, evidence, and release documentation.

· Assist with regression testing and smoke testing.

· Track testing progress and updating project status reports.

· Schedule testing sessions and coordinate meetings.

· Organize project documentation in SharePoint or other repositories.

· Perform basic system validation using established procedures.

· Escalate issues requiring analyst review.

· Support Analysts during User Acceptance Testing cycles.

· Monitor assigned support tickets and provided updates.

· Participate in department meetings and training.

· Learn Aspire's insurance systems and testing methodologies.

· Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.

· Regular and predictable punctuality and attendance;

· Review of all program’s manual raters.

· Other duties as assigned.



Requirements:

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

· 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, insurance, or technical support experience.

· Insurance experience preferred but not required.

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

· Ability to learn Jira, Apex, Atlas, ITC, and other business applications.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work independently.

· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
