We want someone who will sit in the office, learn our business end‑to‑end, understand how our systems are actually used by real people, and help us build, fix, and improve internal platforms that drive operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Build, maintain, and improve internal business systems using the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Work extensively with Dataverse / Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365
  • Design, fix, and optimize workflows that support real operational use
  • Develop and refine Copilot Studio agents and AI‑assisted processes
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) confidently to speed up development and problem‑solving
  • Work directly in the office with users to understand pain points and improve systems
