You will serve as a technical contributor on our integrated product team in the Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions (PGSS) product line. As a junior-level contributor, you will be mentored as part of a team responsible for deeply impactful contributions to next generation military autonomy. Members on this development team drive collaborative value creation that is greater than the sum of their individual contributions. You will have the opportunity to participate in efforts across the full spectrum of technology maturation ranging from systems requirements generation, system design, modeling & simulation, integration & test, and support to production. You will work with other engineering staff & team leaders to grow our knowledge and capabilities through engineering changes, lessons learned, insights, Agile retrospectives and product/process improvements in Radar seeker technology. The successful candidate will have had exposure to Radar and RF concepts and systems and have a strong math aptitude. The candidate should also be comfortable in a lab environment where hands on testing of prototype hardware and software is conducted in support of Radar / RF based systems. Because this role will periodically support a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely, pending Supervisor review and approval. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * BS in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent
* Internships or course work focused on Radar systems integration, modeling, test and/or trouble-shooting
* Strong mathematics skills and interests * Experience working with hardware in a lab environment
* US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoW Secret Clearance Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Interest in advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent
* Understanding of one or more radar modalities to include pulsed-Doppler, SAR, and HRR
* Experienced in a combination of CPU, GPU, & FPGA Radar signal processing and control
* Experienced in multi-modal Seeker technologies (RF, EO/IR, SAL, GPS, VBN)
* Digital Engineering, Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML), Model Based Agile Engineering (Value Driven Digital Threads) and Agile Mindset principle, practices & processes and tools & techniques

Full-Time Salary Range: $59023 - $100339 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
