Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Architect (unlicensed) to join our Architecture Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Denver, CO.

Your Role
  • Develop assigned project tasks and work plans in collaboration with a senior project architect, supporting the interpretation, organization, execution, and coordination of architectural work.
  • Seek guidance from senior staff while contributing to design concepts and making timely design and technical decisions within a collaborative project environment.
  • Create clear, accurate, and informative 3D building models and project information using Revit and other CAD/BIM tools.
  • Develop architectural construction documents and coordinate work with engineers, subconsultants, and other disciplines.
  • Prepare presentation materials and design exhibits in Bluebeam, PowerPoint, and related software for client and internal team reviews.
  • Provide project architects and project managers with concise status updates on progress, coordination items, quality-control comments, and upcoming deliverables.
About You
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • 0–2 years of relevant professional or internship experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, or other architecture degree from an accredited college or university.
  • SPECIAL SKILLS:
    • Working knowledge of Revit or comparable CAD/BIM software and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across disciplines, organize work, respond to direction, and meet established deadlines.
    • Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and software used to develop architectural presentation graphics.
