In this role, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments and mental health screenings, utilizing a variety of evaluation tools to determine clients' needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique mental health challenges and goals, integrating their personal history into the plan.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care that meets the biological, psychological, and social needs of clients.
• Provide education and engage with clients’ families, helping them understand the client’s condition and treatment process while encouraging their active participation in the recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
