every month through our website, email, and social media. We create reliable, family-friendly recipes that
people love to make and share.
We're looking for an experienced Instagram Content & Growth Manager to take ownership of our
Instagram strategy and help us continue growing one of the leading food brands online.
This is not an entry-level social media role. We're looking for someone with proven experience managing
Instagram for a business or brand who understands how to build a content strategy, execute campaigns,
analyze performance, and drive meaningful growth.
This is a remote, US-based contract position that will require 15-20 hours per week.
What You'll Do
Instagram Strategy
● Develop and execute Instagram content strategies that support brand growth and business goals.
● Plan and manage content calendars around recipe launches, seasonal trends, holidays, and
campaigns.
● Stay current on Instagram trends, new features, and best practices, and recommend new ideas
when appropriate.
● Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers, and traffic.
Content Management
● Schedule and publish Reels, carousel posts, Stories, and feed content.
● Write engaging captions that align with The Recipe Critic brand voice.
● Coordinate content launches with our internal team.
● Ensure content is optimized for Instagram performance.
Community Management
● Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages.
● Foster an engaged, positive community around our brand.
● Help identify opportunities for audience engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track Instagram performance and key metrics.
● Prepare weekly reports with insights, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.
● Use data to guide future content strategy and campaign planning.
Affiliate & Brand Partnerships
