As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will have access to peer consultations and team meetings to foster professional growth and enhance client care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, formulating clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans based on informed decisions.
• Provide evidence-based therapies including individual, couples, family, and group sessions tailored to the specific challenges and aspirations of each client.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies effectively for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and resource access.
• Maintain meticulous client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in collaborative case management with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care to clients.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs while educating them and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, and training sessions to stay abreast of emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your culturally sensitive approach and understanding of varied backgrounds will be key in establishing trust and fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• A current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a focus on developing personalized treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
• A resolute commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Experience in a clinical setting is highly valued, although we welcome recent graduates as entry-level candidates.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention techniques is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and client management software will be advantageous.
