Position Summary: Student Analyst Tier 1.

Position Summary

The Student Analyst (Tier 1) is responsible for developing foundational skills in ABA through direct client services, supervision, and training. This tier focuses heavily on obtaining the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within the first 45 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain RBT certification within 45 days of beginning supervision

• Deliver direct ABA services under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst

• Attend and actively participate in group supervision sessions, completing pre- and post-meeting action items

• Observe and emulate licensed Behavior Analysts’ practices consistent with the BACB Task List

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services

• Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts and execute supervision contracts

• Provide a minimum of 20 hours per week for direct care services

• Maintain professionalism at all times, including timely communication with supervisors

• Complete required non-behavior analytic trainings (e.g., Article 9 P.R.O.U.D

• Participate in company-required meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a behavior analysis graduate program or related field

• Active CPR/First Aid (adult, child, infant)

• Article 9 certification (or obtained within 30 days)

• P.R.O.U.D certification (or obtained within 30 days)

• Current TB clearance

• Arizona Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Strong communication and organizational skills
