Work study positions within the Art & Art History Department include being cross-trained in the following positions:
  • Office Administrative Support
  • Gittins Gallery Attendant
  • Photo Lab Support
  • Wood Shop Assistant
Responsibilities
Students may be assigned to do one or more of the following:
  • Supervise the wood shop. Assist students and faculty as needed. Safety training will be required.
  • Assist with daily office tasks such as scanning, sorting mail, answering phones, and helping students at the window. Will be assigned tasks as needed.
  • Be an attendant at the Gittins Gallery
  • Other lab monitoring may be needed depending on departmental demands
  • Open communication is required
  • Will have a set schedule
  • Will follow guidelines and trainings per department
