Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI/ML Engineer I to join our team. This entry-level position plays a critical role in supporting the design, development, and optimization of scalable AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in computer science and data science concepts and is eager to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Design and develop scalable AI solutions using machine learning models and toolsย 
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems through development and testingย 
  • Execute performance testing to assess the efficiency of AI systems when handling large datasets and complex algorithmsย 
  • Conduct research and testing to build machine learning algorithms and predictive modelsย 
  • Utilize big data tools and cloud platforms to create data pipelines, prototypes, and training datasetsย 
  • Train, evaluate, and tune machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark, or scikit-learnย 
  • Integrate, test, and monitor AI solutions in production environmentsย 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and solution implementation

Technical Skills

  • Programming Proficiency: Solid understanding of Python is essential; familiarity with Java, R, or C++ is beneficial.
