Modeling and Simulation Software Engineer
The Opportunity:
As a full stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. We're looking for a developer like you with an appetite for learning and the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production ready.
This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience developing models, scenarios, and plugins in AFSIM
  • Experience with C/C++
  • Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
  • Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with modeling and simulation
  • Knowledge of radar systems at both the waveform and radar range equation levels
  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
