We first purchased our agency in 2010 and We are proud of the success and awards our agency has earned throughout the years. Our space has three enclosed offices and an additional three workspaces around the building. With 4 full-time employees who are excited to add an addition to our office.


We pride ourselves on our excellent culture and are seeking someone who wants to be a part of that strong team. Our office works together to create a welcoming environment for all staff members. We are flexible with our staff and focus more on the work being done compared to the hours being logged. We get together as a team monthly for our sales meetings to allow feedback from the team. This is a great opportunity for everyone to share what they have been working on and share their success.


As an insurance customer service representative, you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis to determine their insurance needs and find the policy that will best benefit them. Responsibilities
  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in helping clients with payments and issuing insurance documentation.
  • Your strong adherence to procedure will be necessary to obtain and update client information and assist clients with policy changes.
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll be scheduling appointments.
  • Youll have the opportunity to treat each client interaction as an opportunity to educate & advise clients and maintain client retention.

Requirements
  • An Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is a Bonus
  • 1-2 years of Insurance experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Basic computer software knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Handle yourself professionally in all communication including professional phone and office etiquette.
