The Junior Service Advisor is an entry-level position that supports the Service Department while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Greet customers upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
  • Move customer vehicles safely around the dealership.
  • Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service

Requirements
