Job Title: Clean Room Technician

Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician (Clean Room โ€“ Ceramic Capacitors)

Expected Hours: Shift Full-time Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Technician supports the production of multilayer ceramic capacitors by preparing materials, operating equipment, and maintaining clean room standards. This role involves slurry preparation, machine operation, and adherence to quality and safety procedures in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

ยท Prepare ceramic slurry mixtures per established formulas and procedures

ยท Operate and monitor production equipment used in capacitor manufacturing

ยท Load, unload, and inspect materials throughout the process

ยท Follow work instructions, process specifications, and quality standards

ยท Perform basic in-process inspections and report defects or abnormalities

ยท Maintain accurate production and process documentation

ยท Adhere to clean room protocols, including gowning and contamination control

ยท Assist with equipment cleaning and basic maintenance

ยท Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
