Job description

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.

We are seeking many highly skilled and motivated Analytical Testing Leads to be part of our team in in Northwest Phoenix, AZ. Relocation, Per Diem and Travel packages available. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, communicate clearly and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Candidates work history must represent increased levels of responsibility on a progressive basis throughout career. 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and track efforts for the Analytical Test Technician team.
  • The Analytical Test Technician will be required to test for leaks and impurities in process pipe systems. These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is the majority of work performed. Testing is mainly conducted in clean room and manufacturing type settings.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in construction, trade, or other hands-on assembly related background
  • Semiconductor experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous Analytical Testing experience - Helium Leak checks
  • Ability to use and safely operate hand and power tools
  • Proficiency in measuring and performing basic mathematics
  • Process Pipe and tube welding experience is a plus
  • Candidates must be qualified to operate convention analytical equipment such as Moisture, Oxygen, Particulate, TOC. Resistivity contamination and Mass Spectrometer Helium Leak detection.
  • Work with Contractor supervision on functions and requirements for installations. Assist the customer in identifying and solving construction quality problems and perform all necessary tasks.
  • Participate in Pre-Planning and Site Programs.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot technical issues and quality contamination discrepancies and can plan, schedule, execute and report data in a professional manner.
  • Be mechanically inclined, able to work in high pressure situations effectively without confrontation
  • Able and willing to work in clean room environments.
  • Thorough understanding of process gas systems and hazards associated with working around chemicals.
  • Ability to work from ladders, mobile elevated work platforms, use hand and power tools
  • Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
  • This is a safety sensitive position; ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required
Education
  • Minimum of High School degree
  • Prefer AA in Construction Management
