Tuesday-Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Full-Time | Temp To Hire
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing property management team in Shoreline, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the property management industry and build a long-term career.
This role is open to entry-level candidates who bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist applicants with rental applications and required documentation
  • Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
  • Support marketing efforts and online listings
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and resident communication
  • Address resident questions and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
