ARE YOU WHO WE NEED?

Our ideal Security Guard has at least 1 year of experience, but it's not required for the right person. Here's what we're looking for:

  • 18+ years old
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to accurately assess and evaluate situations
  • Physical ability to climb stairs, lift 50 lbs., and stand/sit for extended periods
  • Proficiency with computers, phones, and 2-way radios
  • Ability to learn new software and systems
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Close attention to detail
  • High levels of integrity and trustworthiness

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

You'll be guarding clients' properties and ensuring that guests and staff can go about their days unharmed. Our entry-level Security Guards actively patrol properties, monitor access controls, and remain vigilant throughout the day. You'll keep an eye out for suspicious persons and activities while treating customers, guests, and vendors respectfully and professionally. In case of a distress call or panic alarm, you'll immediately jump into action to solve the problem. Coordinating with other security personnel, you'll urgently handle disorderly, disruptive, and potentially dangerous people to minimize damage and help keep others safe.
