We are currently hiring Manufacturing Production Worker (Entry Level) for multiple machine-specific departments. This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career while learning how to operate specialized equipment used in professional book production and finishing.
Position Summary:
As a Manufacturing Production Worker, you will play an essential role in helping us meet our production goals by ensuring the efficient flow of materials, packaging, and finished products throughout our high-volume book manufacturing facility. This entry-level position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., along with strong attention to detail, dependability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Available Roles
  • Bundler (12 Hours - 7:30am to 7:30pm -2x2x3)
  • E Crew (Sun - Tues, alt. Sat 7:30pm to 7:30am -2x2x3.)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staging, transferring, and storing manufacturing components in a safe and efficient manner
  • Read and follow print job instructions
  • Coordinating work in process with production and shipping
  • Fill out/record proper paperwork, verifying ticket counts, and location of all production components throughout the manufacturing process
  • Removal of scrap material

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour shift schedule (including weekends, if needed)
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to lift up to 50+ lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a production environment
