Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Job Skill Requirements: 

  • Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build and enhance ServiceNow components such as forms, record producers, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Support ServiceNow capabilities used across Business Service Delivery, including HR, Finance, Legal, and other enterprise functions.
  • Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform defects, production incidents, access issues, integration failures, and data-related problems.
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, regression testing, release activities, code reviews, and production validation.
  • Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, IntegrationHub, middleware, web services, and file-based interfaces.
  • Support the technical administration and integration of Qualtrics and related Experience Management capabilities.
  • Assist with Qualtrics integrations, dashboards, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Support enterprise Translation Services technologies.
  • Assist with integrations involving translation service providers, enterprise applications, APIs, file exchanges, and content-management platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, test evidence, deployment instructions, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, increase automation, simplify processes, and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, cybersecurity teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders in a global Agile environment.

Exempt Entry Level: Designed for external candidates within 2 years of completing their highest level of degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD, MBA, or JD) from an accredited U.S. college/university, and currently reside within the continental U.S.
