We are onboarding both entry-level trainees and experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated local grocery supply fleet operating out of Arcadia, Florida. Get reliable weekly earnings running short-haul local loops with zero sleeper berth stays.

Compensation Breakdown & Financial Metrics

Average Weekly Gross: $1,300 per week

Target Annual Income: $67,600 per year ($1,300/wk × 52 weeks)

Base Mileage Pay: $0.43 to $0.51 per mile (averaging ~2,200 miles weekly)

Short-Haul Premium: $30.00 flat pay for any short-haul leg under 90 miles

Stop Pay Incentive: $10.00 per stop

Performance Incentives: Eligible for ongoing driver performance bonus programs
