Compensation Breakdown & Financial Metrics
Average Weekly Gross: $1,300 per week
Target Annual Income: $67,600 per year ($1,300/wk × 52 weeks)
Base Mileage Pay: $0.43 to $0.51 per mile (averaging ~2,200 miles weekly)
Short-Haul Premium: $30.00 flat pay for any short-haul leg under 90 miles
Stop Pay Incentive: $10.00 per stop
Performance Incentives: Eligible for ongoing driver performance bonus programs
Fleet Operations & Dispatch Cadence
Home Time Expectation: 100% Home Daily.
Shift Assignment: Dedicated Night Shift dispatches.
Route Structure: Running 2 local shuttle loops per day servicing regional store locations.
Schedule Options: Dedicated 5-day schedules running Thursday through Monday OR Friday through Tuesday.
Fleet Note: Slip-seating required; weekend dispatches are standard, and holiday night shifts align with facility shipping demand.
