Consistent Midwest freight with predictable weekly home time and stable earnings. Drivers in this fleet average steady miles across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and surrounding states, with reliable weekend resets and short-to-mid haul runs that keep you moving without long OTR stretches.

What this position offers

  • Weekly earnings between $1200 and $1500 based on miles and performance
  • Top drivers earning up to $1800 weekly
  • Home every weekend (out Monday, home Saturday)
  • Shorter length of haul with consistent freight
  • Runs limited to OH, KY, IN, MI, and IL
  • Mix of drop and hook, live load, live unload, and preloaded freight
  • W2 position with steady year-round work

Pay structure

  • Starting pay $0.56 CPM with increases up to $0.59 CPM at 6 months
  • Additional load pay
  • $40 per load (0โ€“149 miles)
  • $25 per load (150โ€“250 miles)
  • Driver performance bonus available
