Job description

Looking for a carrier that respects your time and your paycheck? Join our Chicago-regional fleet. We are currently adding experienced Class A CDL drivers to our Reefer and Dry Van divisions. We offer transparent per-mile pay, solid miles, and structured home-time options that allow you to balance your work and home life.
Pay Breakdown & Home Time Options:
  • Reefer (Home Weekends): $0.68 CPM (Must live within 100 miles of Chicago)
  • Reefer (Home Bi-Weekends): $0.73 CPM (Must live within 101-250 miles of Chicago)
  • Dry Van (Home Weekends or Bi-Weekends): $0.65 to $0.70 CPM (Paid at exactly $0.03/mile less than the reefer rates above)

Driver Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 2 years (24 months) of verifiable commercial tractor-trailer experience
  • Clean MVR, solid safety record, and stable work history
  • Must be fully compliant with DOT safety regulations
  • SAP-compliant drivers who have completed Step 6 of the Return-to-Duty process are welcome to apply, pending a comprehensive safety check.
