Job description

Travel Fleet Driver

Looking for strong weekly pay with paid travel and extended home time? Join our Travel Fleet and earn an average of $1,703 per week / $90,000 per year. We arrange and pay for your flights to and from Indianapolis.

This position is best for drivers who are comfortable staying out 4–6 weeks at a time and want to maximize their earnings.

Pay & Bonuses
  • $0.90 CPM
  • $20 per stop
  • $35 per load
  • Average $1,703 per week
  • Average $90,000 annually
  • Additional $0.05 CPM after 1 year
  • $7,500 Sign-On/Performance Bonus
  • $500 Orientation Completion Pay
Home Time & Schedule
  • Stay out 4–6 weeks
  • Get 5 days home
  • Flights to and from Indianapolis are booked and paid for by the company
  • Average 8-hour shifts
  • One weekend day off each week
  • One floating weekday off during non-peak season
  • Start times vary between 11 AM and 2 AM
Route & Freight
  • Run primarily within a 250-mile radius of Shelbyville, Indiana
  • May occasionally run into Illinois and Ohio
  • Refrigerated freight
  • Average 10 stops per week
  • Usually 1–2 stops per day
