Our client is seeking Tier 1 Help Desk Technicians to join its Service Desk team supporting a fast-paced, highly technical environment. Candidates will support Windows-based systems, endpoint devices, user onboarding, access management, hardware troubleshooting, and desktop support.
Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting end users in enterprise environments.
The team currently supports approximately 250-290 new tickets per week across user requests, access management, onboarding activities, hardware support, and desktop troubleshooting.
Technicians will work closely with highly technical users and must be able to communicate effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
