Education and Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Salesforce System Administrator Certification.
Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows and processes and capable of resolving low to medium level support tickets.
  • Working knowledge of Jira and capable of creating tickets and running standard reports.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce out of box configuration and customization.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Working knowledge of data model, architecture and reporting.
Role Overview

Client is seeking an exceptional individual to join the Office for Refugees & Immigrants application development team as a Salesforce Jr. Developer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team and contribute to a critical and highly visible modernization project within Client.

The candidate will assist with developing and supporting new immigrant Information Systems. The candidate will work with business users and management to interpret and translate agency policies, business rules, and requirements into appropriate solutions. The position strongly emphasizes understanding of agile methodologies and hands on with Jira. Additionally, it is highly required that the candidate has entry level Salesforce experience and understand basic system admin configuration and terminologies.
