Entry Level Sales Support Assistant 

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 Annually 
Location: Algonquin, IL 


We are a nationally recognized luxury hospitality design and branding firm specializing in hotels, rooftop venues, restaurants, and private member spaces across the country. Our team brings together architectural design, custom fabrication, lighting, and sensory storytelling to create spaces that are both elevated and unforgettable. 


We are currently seeking an Sales Support Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide critical administrative support behind the scenes, working heavily within internal systems to enter and process project information, manage orders, update databases, and maintain accurate documentation.

What You’ll Do 

  • Enter project details, product specifications, quantities, and pricing into internal systems  
  • Create and update purchase orders based on project requirements and approved materials  
  • Verify pricing, quantities, product information, and other details for accuracy  
  • Maintain accurate project information across databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems  
  • Organize digital and physical files, records, invoices, and project paperwork  
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials 
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to obtain product specifications, pricing, and availability  
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and other team members as needed 


What We’re Looking For 

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word  
  • Comfortable learning and working within new computer systems, databases, and ERP platforms
