In-Office | Full-Time | No License Required Overview

At Quest Health Insurance, we are committed to helping individuals and business owners find real financial solutions that create stability and long-term success. As we expand into business debt solutions, we are building a high-performance phone sales team focused on connecting with business owners and helping them explore relief options.

We are hiring Business Debt Sales Representatives (Openers) to cold call, qualify, and pass along opportunities in a fast-paced, high-energy call environment.

We are targeting 5-10 hires per office and looking for individuals ready to work, learn, and grow.

Position Overview

This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling. You'll spend your day on the phones, speaking with business owners, qualifying potential debt situations, and setting up the next step in the process.

This is a simple, structured sales process:

  • Call Connect Qualify Transfer/Set

Work schedule is 9-6 Mon-Thurs and 9-5 on Fridays.

No license is required, and the process is straightforward and repeatable.

What You'll Do
  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners daily
  • Use a dialer system to maximize call efficiency and output
  • Follow a simple script to:
    • Identify business debt needs
    • Qualify potential clients quickly
  • Clearly communicate the value of available debt solutions
  • Transfer or set qualified leads for closers
  • Track activity and notes using basic systems (CRM/email)
  • Maintain consistency in call volume, talk time, and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
  • Comfortable being on the phone all day (REQUIRED)
  • Experience in cold calling, phone sales, or call center environments (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow a script while sounding natural
  • Basic computer skills (email, CRM, dialer systems)

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent under pressure
