Description
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be the face and voice of our company. You'll manage the full lifecycle of the customer experience-from the first "hello" to the final delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and energy.
  • Sales Cycle Support: Provide accurate quotes, process Purchase Orders (POs), and set up new customer accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while proactively following up on leads.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and expand our market reach.
  • Data Integrity: Keep our CRM and account databases updated and accurate.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends!)
  • Pay Structure: Competitive Base Salary + Commission.
