As a Sales Development Representative, you'll open doors for some of the world's most innovative go-to-market teams, spark impactful conversations, and play a key role in building a high-performance sales engine that's redefining the future of go-to-market.
Responsibilities
  • Generate awareness and spark interest in Airspeed through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to potential customers.
  • Set up discovery and qualification calls for Account Executives.
  • Consistently meet or surpass daily activity targets (70-100 activities per day).
  • Manage and prioritize your pipeline of enterprise accounts with a tailored engagement strategy.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify decision-makers and customize your outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and maximize pipeline generation.
  • Become a power user of Airspeed's platform to effectively communicate its value proposition.
  • Share feedback to enhance SDR processes, tools, and enablement programs.
  • Champion a collaborative, energetic culture by sharing best practices and uplifting team performance.
