No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, guidance through the licensing process (if needed), and ongoing coaching to help new agents develop their knowledge and professional skills.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

  • Meet with prospective clients remotely by phone or video
  • Learn to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and professional development
  • Maintain accurate records using company systems
