First Shift
Monday-Thursday
5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • $21.30 per hour
  • Overtime may be available on Fridays and Saturdays

What You'll Do
As a Robotic Welding Operator, you'll help produce high-quality components by operating robotic welding equipment while ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
  • Operate robotic welding machines safely and efficiently
  • Set welding fixtures and jigs according to setup instructions
  • Inspect finished parts using checking fixtures, gauges, and measuring devices
  • Read blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
  • Perform minor grinding or spot welding as needed
  • Verify product quality and identify defects before parts move to the next operation
  • Rotate between workstations based on production needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, measuring devices, and written work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow specifications
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to rotate between workstations as production needs require
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC)
