Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify basic robotic welding programs to support new products, process changes, and weld assemblies with minimal oversight.
- Diagnose and resolve basic complexity welding, programming, fixturing, and equipment issues with guidance.
- Identify and escalate process, equipment or material issues
- Maintain safe work practices and PPE compliance
- Meet production expectations with guidance
- Use proper lifting and handling techniques
- Quality ownership through in-process checks and escalation of non-conformances
- Participate in continuous improvement and 6S
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of progressive industrial robotic welding experience.
- Working knowledge of robotic welding equipment, processes and fixturing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and part tolerances.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality and safety standards.
