These roles typically involve providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals under supervision. Entry-level RNs may work in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or other healthcare settings. These positions are designed to help new nurses gain practical experience and develop their clinical skills.

To thrive as an Entry Level RN Nurse, you need a nursing degree, RN licensure, and foundational clinical skills in patient assessment and care. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), basic medical equipment, and medication administration systems is typically required.
