Job Title: Registered Nurse

Description:
The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team.
The RN is responsible for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care.
In this role, the RN will work alongside an interdisciplinary team.
The RN will provide day-to-day care for children and adolescents, ages 6-18.
This is for an inpatient behavioral unit.
The primary diagnoses treated are major depression and ADD/ADHD.
The RN will be responsible for medication administration and education.
Daily documentation of patient care is required.
The RN will manage and monitor behaviors throughout the unit.
Additionally, the RN will participate in and lead education groups.
Previous nursing experience working with adults is preferred.
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training is required.
Candidates with licensure issues will not be considered.
