Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Staff Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing education and training to our staff, analyzing and evaluating nursing care, and ensuring the highest standards of quality care are maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as a Liaison between the facility and community education resources

  • Work in conjunction with the DON/ADON to provide education related to quality assurance data conversion and evaluation for the QA program

  • Analyze and evaluate nursing care of employees during probationary period to assure the standards of nursing practice are of the highest quality

  • Supervise, train, and have orientation for all staff

Requirements:
