Schedule

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements
- RN License
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- 1 year of Interventional Radiology RN experience, or ICU RN experience with conscious sedation and comfort with critical care drugs
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring during procedures
- Preferred: Cath Lab experience, scrub experience, and experience taking IR call
- EMR: Familiarity with Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care during interventional radiology procedures.
- Monitor hemodynamic status during procedures.
- Administer conscious sedation as needed and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding procedures and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies.
