The Finance & Investor Relations function is responsible for managing capital planning, treasury operations, and financial risk management, while also leading communication with investors and key stakeholders. This role supports financial decision-making, funding strategies, and long-term planning, while ensuring transparent and effective communication of business performance to investors, board members, and external stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in supporting capital-intensive operations in a manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

ยท Finance / Treasury

ยท Manage capital budgeting, cash flow analysis, financing structures, and treasury activities

ยท Evaluate funding needs and develop strategies for borrowing and capital raising

ยท Oversee daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs

ยท Implement cash management strategies to optimize cash utilization

ยท Support management decision-making by analyzing financial data and business transactions

ยท Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding financing and treasury matters

ยท Review and ensure proper documentation (e.g., lien waivers and financial documents) in compliance with internal procedures

ยท Monitor financial risks including interest rate, currency, and commodity exposures

ยท Develop short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts

ยท Lead the development, implementation, and operation of ERP and treasury systems for a newly established plant, ensuring efficient cash management and financial processes
