Responsibilities

Transaction Coordination

  • Own the full contract-to-close process with precision and confidence
  • Track and manage all deadlines (earnest money, due diligence, financing, appraisal, closing)
  • Ensure full compliance with Georgia contracts and brokerage standards


Listing Coordination

  • Prepare and launch listings with accuracy and speed
  • Communicate directly with sellers to collect documents and details
  • Coordinate marketing materials and MLS input


Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Identify issues early and proactively implement solutions
  • Keep all parties aligned, informed, and on track
  • Protect the agent and client experience at every step

Requirements
