ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Providing reporting used by HUB clients to understand how their health care costs and utilization are tracking relative to expectations
  • Analyzing health care claims data to provide clients with an understanding of what is driving their costs and what actions they might need to take in to manage their health care plans
  • Coordinating annual processes across HUB functions that relate to annual health care planning and renewals for HUB clients
  • Collaborating with internal Benefit Consultants to understand and address specific questions and needs of our clients
  • Jumping in and supporting other team members to ensure all the work gets done on time
  • Over time, employees are expected to develop expertise in health care insurance and the industry as a whole - and HUB supports their education in pursuing industry certifications
