POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

EnFin is seeking a highly motivated Incentive Revenue Operations Analyst to support incentive program execution, funding readiness, and operational scalability across the TPO lifecycle. The Incentive Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for executing incentive programs, monitoring pipeline performance, analyzing operational issues, and driving projects to funding-ready status to support timely incentive revenue realization across multiple incentive programs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to delivering results.

This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with an in-office schedule that is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Incentive Operations 

  • Own the end-to-end execution of assigned incentive programs, including submission, tracking, issue resolution, payment reconciliation, and closeout.  

  • Develop and maintain incentive guides, process documentation, and training materials to support standardized execution and continuous process improvement. 

  • Manage assigned incentive pipelines to meet throughput, aging, and program deadline requirements.  

  • Ensure project-level incentive data, documentation, application statuses, and payment information are accurately maintained within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and operational visibility. 

  • Monitor incentive applications through approval and payment, perform QA/QC reviews, investigate issues impacting funding, and coordinate corrective actions and resubmissions.  

  • Partner with internal teams (Partner Advisors, Asset Management, Sales, and Engineering), program administrators, utilities, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, gather required information, and ensure timely incentive execution and funding.  

  • Interpret new incentive requirements and implement operational changes, reporting updates, and dashboard enhancements to ensure ongoing compliance.

Data Analysis & Reporting 

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to monitor pipeline health, funding readiness, payment forecasts, and vendor performance.  

  • Analyze recurring issues to identify risks and recommend process improvements.  

  • Maintain accurate incentive data to support operational dashboards, reporting, and forecasting. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Economics or related field or equivalent practical experience in operations, project management, or data-driven roles. 

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in solar, operations, or program administration, revenue operations, compliance, or related analytical roles. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and resolve operational issues.  

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, lookups, reporting, and data analysis); experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.  

  • Experience building dashboards and operational reports.  

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented workflows.  

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Experience with solar incentive programs (SREC markets, IL Shines, DG rebates, VPP programs). 

  • Familiarity with utility interconnection processes and solar project lifecycle. 

  • Experience working with program administrators or utilities. 

COMPENSATION: 

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the anticipated annual base salary for this position is: 

  • Zone 1 (Bay Area, NYC): $86,400 – $103,700

  • Zone 2 (CA, NJ, NY): $79,200 – $95,000

  • Zone 3 (All Others): $72,000 – $86,400 

The applicable salary range is based on the employee’s primary work location. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other business-related factors.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
