- Manage monthly SaaS billing operations with a high degree of accuracy and compliance
- Process supplier invoices across multiple global entities
- Prepare revenue accruals, COGS entries, and intercompany journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure data integrity
- Review customer contracts and support compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues
- Assist with audits and maintain strong internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 or a strong foundation in GAAP accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using large ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
