Structural Drafter

What You'll Do

Develop accurate 2D structural drawings and construction documents for single-family residential projects using AutoCAD. Collaborate with engineers and architects to create, revise, and maintain structural plans and details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop foundation, framing, wall bracing, and structural details from architectural plans and markups.
  • Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized drawing files and documentation.
  • Follow established standards, processes, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architectural staff to resolve design and drafting issues.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications
