Job Overview
We are seeking SEROIUS repossession agents. We are adding two NET NEW positions to our team.
Duties
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to discuss outstanding debts and payment options.
  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques to facilitate debt recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Document all interactions accurately in our database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving recovery rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing challenging conversations with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to Asset recovery.
Requirements
  • Stand up individual with strong character and proven work ethic
  • VERIFIABLE Two years MINIUM proven Wheel Lift/Self Loader experience. This is NOT an entry level position
  • Two car flatbed experience is not required but a plus
  • MUST BE 22 years old MINIMUM (Insurance Requirement)
  • Must PASS Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
  • We do random drug tests on all employees
  • Up to 10 hour shifts, these are 100K+ jobs
  • We strong prefer experience using Clearplan, Cleardata and RDN but will train the right candidate
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
