• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, formulating clinical diagnoses and creating tailored treatment plans that address specific needs.
• Implement and supervise evidence-based therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapies, ensuring that all modalities are appropriate for each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and mental health support to clients in acute distress, employing strategies to stabilize conditions and develop post-crisis plans.
• Maintain punctual and accurate client records, such as treatment plans and progress notes, adhering diligently to ethical standards and legal requirements for confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for each client.
• Educate clients and their families about pertinent mental health issues, potential treatment avenues, and community-based resources, acting as an advocate for their needs and rights.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy through workshops, training, and continued education.

You will work with a diverse clientele that may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or other mental health conditions. By understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients, you will play a significant role in facilitating their path toward recovery and resilience.

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing for meaningful client engagement and collaboration with colleagues.
• A proven ability to work autonomously while aligning with team goals, maintaining a commitment to high ethical and professional standards.

• Experience in a clinical setting is valued but not mandatory for entry-level positions. We encourage applications from recent graduates or those transitioning into the mental health field.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutic tools is advantageous in adapting to our remote model.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
