This isn't your typical 9-5. As a Remote Recruiter, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn based on performance, and grow with a company that promotes from within. About the Role

We're looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! You'll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process - all from your laptop.

Whether you're experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, we'll train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Host engaging 30-45 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
  • Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit

  • Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
  • Represent our company's culture and values in every conversation
