  • Keep detailed and compliant client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessment results, while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care approaches personalized to each client's situations and needs.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available for continued support and growth.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with the latest best practices and interventions in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your role will be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their journeys towards healing and growth.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Oregon.
  • Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the client's needs.
  • A minimum of two years of related experience is required to ensure proficient and confident service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building trust and rapport with clients.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting demonstrates adaptability and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to high ethical and professional standards in all clinical practices is essential to maintaining our organization's reputation.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is highly preferred, though motivated entry-level candidates with the required qualifications are welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on relevant experience. In addition to this attractive salary range, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options to ensure your well-being.
  • Support for continuing education and professional development to enhance your skills and career trajectory.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment that values each team member's contributions.
  • Flexible work schedules accommodating both full-time and part-time opportunities.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday allowances to support work-life balance.
