• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments to evaluate clients’ presenting issues, backgrounds, and treatment goals.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and narrative therapy.
• Create, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop collaborative relationships with clients, guiding them in their therapeutic journey while encouraging accountability and self-reflection.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in compliance with state and national regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and innovations in the field of social work.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance that facilitates trust, collaboration, and growth among clients.
• Provide practical strategies and support to help clients navigate personal challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Your clinical expertise will benefit a diverse range of clients, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. By implementing individualized treatment strategies, you will play a key role in supporting clients from various backgrounds, contributing to their emotional resilience and recovery.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Strong clinical skills encompassing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with clients.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in private practice or community mental health settings.
• Experience employing a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions to address diverse client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
