Position Overview

Urban Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, providing high-quality mental health services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Work Environment

This position operates within a remote hospice care setting, allowing you to conduct therapy from the comfort of your home while still enjoying the benefits of a supportive team culture. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify presenting concerns, psychosocial backgrounds, and outline clear treatment goals.
  • Provide personalized therapy for individuals, couples, and families through evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, adapting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
  • Engage in regular consultations with clients to monitor their therapeutic journey and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Uphold ethical standards of practice while maintaining client confidentiality in compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices.
  • Foster a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance, encouraging clients to express their feelings and experiences in an open environment.
  • Provide clients with practical tools, coping strategies, and emotional support as they navigate life challenges and transitions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families dealing with life transitions. Our clients are often seeking a healing space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings related to anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal conflicts, among other concerns.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
  • Strong clinical competencies in assessment, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster client trust.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a preference for those with experience in hospice or bereavement counseling.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize various therapy modalities effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
