Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WFH Travel Planner to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and other leisure travel experiences by researching destinations, preparing customized travel proposals, and coordinating itinerary details. You will provide exceptional customer service while helping clients create memorable travel experiences that fit their preferences and budget.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, problem-solving, and helping others plan unforgettable trips.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages based on client preferences
  • Prepare travel quotes, proposals, and personalized itineraries
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online platforms to gather travel details and answer general questions
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the travel planning process
  • Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier offerings, and industry updates

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
