Role: Technical Project Manager (Network Engineer)
Location: Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Level Owner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in managing projects and maintaining technical documentation around critical areas such as Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical writing, and an overall understanding of networking technologies, particularly Cisco and Arista.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage projects related to Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Create comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient support and troubleshooting.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and status.
Qualifications:
8+ years' work experience in a relevant field.
