• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing a solution-focused therapy approach to address clients' mental health needs.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and personal experiences, facilitating their journey toward greater self-awareness and improved relational dynamics.
• As an advocate for your clients, assist them in establishing and working toward personalized goals, fostering their personal growth.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary based on clinical assessments and client feedback.
• Document treatment progress and ongoing assessments in an organized manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with clinic protocols.

Your sessions will primarily involve stable adult clients who have been pre-screened, ensuring they have low acuity mental health needs. To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong decision-making capabilities regarding treatment planning and execution, accompanied by exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital technologies and telehealth platforms.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have a background in working with diverse populations and possess experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year based on the number of hours worked and experience level. In addition to a lucrative salary, our compensation package includes:
