As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day activities will involve:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health challenges, strengths, and resources of clients.
• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Designing and executing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to provide coordinated, client-centered care.
• Providing crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring client safety and stability.
• Leading psychoeducation classes and therapeutic support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record systems.

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
